How are engagements priced?

Most engagements are fixed-fee, scoped from the initial call and stated in a written statement of work before any work begins. Retainers are priced monthly with a defined scope and response times. We do not bill hourly without a cap.

Will you sign our institution’s NDA, BAA, or vendor agreements?

Yes. We routinely execute institutional non-disclosure agreements, business associate agreements where protected health information is involved, data-sharing agreements, and master services agreements on the institution’s paper. Send them with your inquiry and we will turn them around promptly.

How long does a typical engagement take?

The Compliance Heatmap™ diagnostic is two weeks. Audit-Ready in 90 Days™ is, as the name suggests, ninety days. Process redesign and training engagements vary with scope and are scheduled in the statement of work. Urgent audit-response support can usually begin within a week.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. Diagnostics and most advisory work are delivered remotely through document review and video interviews. Training, fieldwork, and leadership briefings are offered on site when that serves the institution better. Travel is scoped and approved in advance.

Can RACCS be set up as a vendor through our procurement office?

Yes. We provide W-9s, certificates of insurance, and supplier registration details on request, and we have worked through university and health-system procurement processes, including sole-source justifications where appropriate.

Who will actually do the work?

Dr. Mombou leads every engagement personally. There is no hand-off to junior staff after the sale.
